When do new terms start, and how long do they run?
We run three terms per year (January, May, September), each lasting 12 weeks. Detailed dates are posted on our Courses page—feel free to check there or ask us on WhatsApp for exact schedules.
What scholarships and discounts are available?
We offer need-based scholarships each semester, plus sibling and early-registration discounts. To see if you qualify, message us your details on WhatsApp and we’ll guide you through the process.
Can I attend classes online if I live outside Kampala?
Yes. All core courses are streamed live via Zoom. Once you enroll, you’ll receive login credentials and virtual classroom instructions. For more information, send us a WhatsApp message.
How do I schedule a campus tour or visit?
Tours run Monday through Thursday between 10 AM–2 PM. To reserve your slot, simply send us a WhatsApp message with your preferred date and time, and we’ll confirm availability.
Do you offer weekend or evening classes for working adults?
We have a part-time program that meets Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM–8 PM. If you’d like the full timetable or want to enroll, drop us a WhatsApp message and we’ll send the details.
What safety measures are in place on campus?
Our campus follows strict health and security protocols: temperature checks at entry, hand-sanitizer stations, and nightly security patrols. For any concerns, feel free to ask us on WhatsApp.
